Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any purchases.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges may be approved at our sole discretion for valid reasons, provided the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the order's delivery date.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date your order is received. Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.
Can shipping times vary?
While we make every effort to ship orders within the stated processing timeframe, processing or carrier delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not entitle customers to a refund or cancellation.
